A brief overview of the AMS2750D standards looking at appropriate clauses and the way in which Eurotherm can assist customers in meeting compliance for their Nadcap applications.

10:15  Benefits for consistent high accuracy control of thermal processing equipment.

Topics discussed will include clauses in the specification associated with accurate repeatable control and how to achieve the pyrometric demands of thermal process plant including high stability control, overshot inhibition and work thermocouple routines.

In this section we will focus on data management clauses in AMS2750D, the features and benefits of Eurotherm solutions, and how products can bring confidence and compliance to the user in simple and repeatable way.

Meeting the demands of AMS2750D has imposed extra calibration, maintenance and reporting demands on suppliers to the aerospace industry.  The cost of accreditation has risen, with auditing standards driving procedural changes for suppliers.  This session will present solutions developed by Eurotherm to specifically address the data acquisition and reporting needs of Heat Treaters in the aerospace industry.
